Chef Rola is the Chef behind Rola’s Catering. Rola is originally from Lebanon and her love for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean tastes began early. Her lifelong passion for food was catalysed at the age of 14 when she discovered her first Arabic cookbook (which she still has to this day!).

What truly adds excitement to her culinary journey, and what sets Chef Rola apart, is her time spent in West Africa which gives a unique twist to all of her dishes. In West Africa she had the opportunity to explore new ingredients and learn innovative cooking techniques which are now skilfully incorporated into her cooking today.

With her keen eye for detail, creativity, and dedication to authentic flavours, Chef Rola now serves up dishes that narrate her vibrant culinary story at Rola’s Catering. As Rola’s Catering continues to grow and earn new customers, Rola often cooks dishes from her customers home countries which allows her techniques and culinary flavours to be ever-expanding. A food enthusiast, Chef Rola’s creativity and new ideas never stop in the kitchen!
